Another Sunday, another Sunday Edit. Today we have no plans, which is unusual but I’m loving it. I’m planning on taking the kids to our local library for some reading/play time. Here are a few links from around the web:

The Sunday Edit

Millennials are causing the U.S. divorce rate to plummet, waiting until all is stable in their lives before getting married.

A great interview with Misty Copeland and Elle. “It’s so exciting, specifically for the next generation, which is where we need to go in terms of moving the art form forward and diversifying it. I think it’s going to influence even more young brown kids to feel like,“Oh, that’s me, I can do that!” A black Disney princess. That’s huge.”

One of the most frequent questions I get from readers is where to find the perfect t-shirt. It’s simply but so hard to find. This one by Madewell is my favorite white t-shirt and I own it in white and grey. If you don’t like v-necks, here is the crew cut equivalent.

Midterm elections are in November. This site has a ton of great information, including voter registration (or checking to see if you’re registered), where to vote, and how to get educated on the candidates and issues.

We celebrated our seven year anniversary this week. I wrote all about it here in case you missed it.

The first photo of Tom Hanks as Mr. Rogers will bring on the nostalgia. I remember being home sick and watching Mr. Rogers at my grandparent’s house. Looking back, the show always made me feel better.

Also, I’m currently still working on my goal of reading these ten books by December. What are you currently reading?

The big Shopbop sale has started! Use the code STOCKUP18 to get up to 25% off sale and full-priced items. In anticipation of this sale, i’ve been saving items to my ‘favorites’ tab and currently have these color block pumps in my cart. I’ve also been impatiently waiting for this LoveShackFancy dress to go on sale so I can finally take the plunge. Although it is white, I don’t really follow the ‘no white after Labor Day’ rule per se. I’m planning on wearing it with a sweater and booties for a cute Fall look.

Have you shopped the new collection by Something Navy? I purchased the Nix bootie in plaid and can’t wait to style them.

A simple trick for editing your closet.

Have you been to the dog beach in Longport, New Jersey? We went there last weekend and loved it. I’m not sure who enjoyed it more-our dog, Brooklyn, or the kids as they watched all the puppies playing around them.

Have you purchased a plaid blazer for Fall yet? There are so many fun ways to style them and this one is cute and a great price.

I hope you all have the best week! xo, Tanya
