Working Girl

Happy Sunday everyone! As hard as it is to get around when it snows in Philadelphia, I enjoy DSC_0663the cozy nights in with J when it’s snowing outside. My favorite thing to do is to hang out on the couch while watching a movie together with some delicious snacks to munch on throughout the night. I also appreciate the time spent indoors that I get to work on my blog. There’s something about sitting down with my laptop (minus the heels), a cup of coffee, and my thoughts.

I’m so excited to feature one of my work looks today. Ann Taylor has some great options for a corporate pharmacist like myself looking for classic pieces with an edge. These slim cropped pants have a fun dot pattern and a tuxedo-like look with the contrast trim at the waist and sides. I wore the pants with a solid colored top to offset the pattern a bit. I’m a sucker for black and white so any color I can add is a big change for me.  I was going from meeting to meeting that day and I felt confident, motivated, and ready for anything that came my way.

To me, this outfit represents a great option for the working woman. It’s stylish, comfortable, and most importantly, it doesn’t require any adjusting throughout the day.  What is your favorite look for work? What do you feel most confident in? Tell me!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Tanya
